A set like this doesn't come along often ! The Pentax Spotmatic was the forerunner to the legendary Pentax K1000 and is an excellent camera for those keen to learn film photography. This is a really stylish and slimline camera from Konica. It was actually a world first - the first SLR camera to have a motorised film drive. It was released in 1979. The Minolta XG-S is an easy-to-use SLR (also known as the XG-9). It has both automatic (aperture priority) and manual exposure modes so giving some extra control to the photographer. The viewfinder display shows both shutter speed and aperture. Shutter speeds range from 1/1000s - 1s + B.  The top controls include battery check and over / under exposure compensation. Small, light, automatic and stylish. One of the easiest SLR cameras to use – perfect for any occasion. The Pentax ME is the easiest to use member of the Pentax ‘M’ series of SLRs (which also includes the ME-Super, MX). All three share the same lightweight and ultra-compact chassis, showcasing great build quality and lovely to use controls. The ME has automatic (aperture-priority) exposure, so is quick and easy to shoot with. You choose the lens aperture (which gives you control of depth-of-field) and the camera automatically sets the correct shutter speed. The clear LED display lets you know the shutter speed warns you of over / under exposure if needed. Pentax put some thought into making film loading easy too – when loading film the camera has a special spool with many slots so it is faster more reliable to load film correctly. The Pen-F range is a unique set of 3 half-frame SLR cameras produced by Olympus between 1963 and 1970. This example is the Pen F, on sale from 1963-66. A very stylish manual SLR film camera with some very nice features. This is one of the finest manual-only cameras of the era - with a lovely smooth winding / shutter action that screams quality. It operates in full manual mode, with the built-in light meter. The viewfinder has the tried-and-trusted match needle system, but also displays the selected shutter speed. Also has a self timer, and depth-of-field preview - a useful feature that is normally on higher-end cameras of the era. Uses the Canon Quick Load system to make loading film incredibly simple (the same system as used on the great Canonet QL17 rangefinder). The camera operates fully mechanically, and only uses the battery for the light meter. It takes 1x SR44 battery (supplied). We generally have both silver and black versions in stock.
