The Olympus 35 RC is one of our favourite cameras. Firstly it is seriously compact for a rangefinder but on top of that it offers both automatic in addition to full manual exposure control. In automatic mode you select the desired shutter speed using the top dial and the camera selects the correct aperture.  For manual mode you select both the aperture and the shutter speed for full control. Unusually the manual mode operates completely independently of the batteries so it is always available, and the batteries are just used when the automatic aperture is desired.  It has rangefinder focusing for accuracy and a really high quality lens. There are many internet articles talking about the great quality photos it can take. It also displays both the shutter speed and aperture in the viewfinder. A lovely little performer that feels great in the hand. Camera includes adaptor so that it can run on regular button cells. For the best lens cap for the RC, please take a look at our 43-46mm lens adaptor ring.  Condition:  Very nice example with no major marks, and light scuffs from usage / dulling of the silver finish. Lens in excellent condition. We service our 35 RCs and adjust the meter if necessary, clean the lens and install new light seals. Shutter speeds and meter checked for accuracy.

Of the many 35mm rangefinder cameras released by Olympus, this is generally regarded as the finest. With a superb quality 7-element lens (which was also used in the 35 UC, 35 LE and 35 LC cameras), the image quality is stunning.  The 35 SP has both fully automatic exposure mode (where the camera selects both the aperture and shutter speed), and full manual mode with a viewfinder needle that tells you the light level so that you can set exposure correctly as desired. It also has a feature that is not found on any other rangefinder of the era - spot metering.  There is a button on the rear of the camera that switches metering to spot mode, and the meter then measures light only the small rangefinder square in the centre of the viewfinder. The 35 EC range represents some of the smallest 35mm cameras produced by Olympus. The ECR is the top of the range as it has rangefinder focusing which is a great feature in such a small camera. They EC range have an electronic shutter (very quiet) and a very wide range of shutter speeds ranging from 1/800 to 4 full seconds, so can also cope with night photography (but use a tripod !).  They have a very useful shutter lock (on the front) to prevent you accidentally pressing the shutter button.There is a little battery check orange light on the top and in the viewfinder, that lights up when the shutter button is pressed halfway down to show that the battery is OK.Photo quality is great, as they have 5 lens elements (compared to 4 in the Olympus Trip).They take two SR44 batteries, using a pair of adaptors (supplied). This is a very simple to use camera from 1987. All you need to do is press the button to take a photo. It has two focus setting buttons for a) close shots and b) very distant shots but for anything in between just press the button. The flash operates in close-up mode so this camera is pretty foolproof. It also has a useful sliding "clam shell" cover design to protect the lens when the camera is not in use, and a self timer. The Pen-F range is a unique set of 3 half-frame SLR cameras produced by Olympus between 1963 and 1970. This example is the Pen F, on sale from 1963-66. All models have interchangeable lenses with a huge range of lenses that were originally available. This camera has manual exposure control, with shutter speeds from 1/500s - 1s + B. Olympus also sold a light meter that attached to the front of the camera. This example comes with a 38mm f/1.8 original lens. This means that you get double the photos from each film - a huge 72 photos from a regular 36 exposure film. If you get your films developed and just scanned, then most labs will not charge you any extra which makes this camera an awesome choice for keen photographers. The Pen EE-2 is one of the simplest to use - it is fully automatic. Just point and shoot. It has a light meter around the lens which calculates the correct aperture / shutter speed and sets them automatically. The exposure system is very similar to the Olympus Trip 35, and it also pops up a red flag warning in the viewfinder if it is too dark to take a photo.  It takes film speeds up to ISO 400. Condition: In full working order including shutter, light meter and red flag operation Body and lens in good condition - no major marks and some minor scuffs on the body. Lens is clear and bright

This is an Olympus Zuiko 35-70mm f3.5 zoom lens in great condition. This is the wider aperture version of the more commonly seen f/4 equivalent. Fits all Olympus OM SLRs.
