Small, light, automatic and stylish. One of the easiest SLR cameras to use – perfect for any occasion. With original Pentax zoom lens. The Pentax ME is the easiest to use member of the Pentax ‘M’ series of SLRs (which also includes the ME-Super, MX). All three share the same lightweight and ultra-compact chassis, showcasing great build quality and lovely to use controls. The ME has automatic (aperture-priority) exposure, so is quick and easy to shoot with. You choose the lens aperture (which gives you control of depth-of-field) and the camera automatically sets the correct shutter speed. The clear LED display lets you know the shutter speed warns you of over / under exposure if needed. The 40-80mm Pentax zoom lens is great for street photography and general use. Pentax put some thought into making film loading easy too – when loading film the camera has a special spool with many slots so it is faster more reliable to load film correctly. There is also a little window on the back of the camera with a striped flag that moves when you wind film on to confirm that film is indeed loaded correctly. Simple, yet very useful. The viewfinder is a joy to use – big, clear and bright. Pentax also released a separate flash to go with the ME: the AF200S (we generally have these in stock). This offers auto flash exposure. Specifications Shutter speeds from 1/2000 – 4s Simple film loading with ‘film loaded’ confirmation window Aperture priority automatic exposure LED viewfinder display: Shutter speed Exposure compensation Over / Under exposure Takes 2x LR44 batteries (supplied) Condition Body in very good condition with a few light scratches from use Viewfinder is bright and clear Fully tested with all functions in working order including shutter / film winding / meter -

The Pentax K2 was introduced by Pentax in 1975 and at the time was the flagship camera featuring the new lens mount developed in conjunction with Zeiss and which was used by Pentax for many years after. It was more technically advanced than its predecessors and has a great metering system with shutter speed information visible in the viewfinder. It has both automatic and manual exposure modes, giving you the combination of both control and ease of use. It has a wide range of shutter speeds (from 8 seconds to 1/1000s) and also has a mirror lockup function. It takes 2 x LR44 batteries, but it can use shutter speeds from 1/125 to 1/1000s without batteries - handy if you run out while out shooting. It has a beautiful solid metal construction - better build quality than many later cameras. Comes with 55mm f/1.8 Pentax lens. Specifications Takes all 35mm film. Exposure modes Aperture priority auto, manual Shutter speeds: B + 8-1/1000s Batteries: 2 x SR44 Weight: 450g Condition Lens in excellent condition Body in very good condition with a lovely bright finish and no dents Case in great condition - very rare for this era -

We have put together the essentials to kick-start your film camera photography journey. This kit includes: Pentax ME-Super with 50mm lens Guide to film photography (specifically using the ME-Super) Camera Film Strap One of the smallest and lightest SLR cameras yet has a fully metal body, large bright viewfinder and simple controls for automatic / manual operation. Reasons why your parents probably owned one ! The ME-Super is the all-rounder member of the Pentax ‘M’ series of SLRs (which also includes the ME, MX). All three share the same lightweight and ultra-compact chassis, showcasing great build quality and lovely to use controls. The ME-Super has both automatic (aperture-priority) and manual exposure modes to cope with a wide range of situations. In aperture priority you can choose the lens aperture (which gives you control of depth-of-field) and the camera automatically sets the correct shutter speed. The clear LED display lets you know the shutter speed warns you of over / under exposure if needed. If using manual mode there are two buttons on the top of the camera for you to select shutter speed and again the viewfinder tells you when exposure is correct. Pentax also released a separate flash to go with the ME-Super: the AF200S (we generally have these in stock). This offers auto flash exposure and also syncs with the ‘flash ready’ LED in the ME-Super viewfinder which is a nice touch. Specifications Shutter speeds from 1/2000 – 4s Simple film loading with ‘film loaded’ confirmation window Aperture priority automatic / manual exposure modes LED viewfinder display: Shutter speed Exposure compensation Over / Under exposure Flash ready indicator 50mm lens Takes 2x LR44 batteries (supplied) Condition Body in very good condition with a few light scratches from use Viewfinder is bright and clear, with a little dust as expected Fully tested with all functions in working order including shutter / film winding / exposure meter -
