One of the most revolutionary camera designs of the 1980s - the XA3 is a true classic.
With it's unique sliding clamshell design, and tiny size (only weighs 200g !) the XA3 was designed as the camera you can take absolutely everywhere.
The XA3 is the same as the XA2, but with the addition of two features:
DX coding (so that the camera automatically sets the film speed).
Backlight correction switch
It has fully automatic exposure, so all you need to do is set the focus (only 3 simple settings) and click the shutter.
It is surprisingly good in low light - great for night street photography.
The viewfinder is lovely and clear / bright, with a warning light to warn you if light is low.
The bottom of the camera has a switch for battery test, and self-timer operation.
So simple to use - anyone can take great photos.

This is an unusual camera from Konica – built to withstand knocks and wet weather. Originally designed for use on construction sites, it has a body with rubberised coating to survive gentle drops, and a protective glass plate over the lens.
It has a lovely 28mm lens (wide-angle) and is fully automatic, able to cope with a broad range of lighting situations. It is great for hiking, street photography etc where cameras are expected to take a few knocks.
See the gallery for some sample shots we took with one of these cameras.
It has an automatic flash, autofocus, automatic film wind / rewind.
In perfect working order. A few scuffs and usage marks, but ready to take a few more knocks with ease !
Takes 2CR5 lithium battery (included), and works with all 35mm film types.

The Olympus Pen range of film cameras are half-frame cameras that use standard 35mm film (available everywhere), but take each photo on only half of the negative. This means that you get double the photos from each film - a huge 72 photos from a regular 36 exposure film.
If you get your films developed and just scanned then most labs will not charge you any extra which makes this camera an awesome choice for keen photographers.
The Pen EES-2 is one of the simplest to use but also handles a wider range of film speeds than its predecessors. It also has a flash hot shoe (so no flash cable required).
It is fully automatic. Just point and shoot. It has a light meter around the lens which calculates the correct aperture / shutter speed and sets them automatically. The exposure system is very similar to the Olympus Trip 35, and it also pops up a red flag warning in the viewfinder if it is too dark to take a photo.
It takes film speeds up to ISO 400.
Condition:
In full working order including shutter, light meter and red flag operation
Body and lens in good condition - no major marks and some minor scuffs on the body.
Lens is clear and bright

One of the most revolutionary camera designs of the 1980s - the XA is the original camera in the XA range and the most capable.
With it's unique sliding clamshell design, and tiny size (only weighs 220g !) the XA was designed as the camera you can take absolutely everywhere.
The XA is the most capable of the XA range, giving the photographer more control than the other models.
Amazingly for its size, it packs in the rangefinder focusing system, aperture priority automatic exposure, and an exposure compensation lever (for backlighting situations).
The viewfinder has a display of the automatic shutter speed selected by the camera.
The bottom of the camera has a switch for battery test, self-timer, and backlighting control.
Seriously capable for a camera of this size. The camera also has the best lens of the entire XA range (35mm f/2.8).

Take a look at the gallery to see examples of photos we took with a PEN EED.
The Pen EED was produced from 1967 to 1972 and is an example of a half-frame camera so it uses standard 35mm film (available everywhere), but it takes each photo on only half of the negative. This means that you get double the photos from each film - a huge 72 photos from a regular 36 exposure film.
If you get your films developed and just scanned, then most labs will not charge you any extra which makes this camera an awesome choice for keen photographers.
The EED has wide (f1.7) lens so good for low light, and a nice wide range of shutter speeds (from 1/15 to 1/500). Like the Olympus Trip 35 it also has a little red flag that pops up in the viewfinder if the light level is too low to take a photo. It has fully automatic exposure, so you only need to focus (using the distance markings on the lens) and shoot. Very compact due to the half-frame design, and more capable than the Trip 35 (better lens, wider range of shutter speeds).
Camera includes adaptor so that it can run on regular button cells.
Condition:
In full working order
Body in good condition a few minor marks
Lens in excellent condition

This is lovely example of the classic C35 EF (one of the first cameras to feature a pop-up electronic flash), and made famous by Andy Warhol who had some great things to say about them.
It is in perfect working order including:
Pop-up flash and flash-ready indicator
Meter (the viewfinder actually tells you the aperture it is automatically selecting)
Focus needle (viewfinder shows the lens focus setting).
It is very easy to use - just load the film, focus the lens and click the shutter. The camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed and aperture for each shot, so you can take photos in a variety of lighting situations.
Takes an SR44 button battery (supplied) for the meter, and 2xAA batteries for the flash. This is one of the later models so it has a self timer too - great for group shots / selfies.
