A very simple to use Super-8 camera from Minolta, on sale from 1974-78. The camera is nice and compact and comes with a wrist strap so is great for travelling. This automatically takes single-frame shots at intervals of 1/2 to 60 seconds (you can set the timing). Note that the built-in tungsten filter on this camera has been disabled.
