This was one of Canon's second generation of EOS autofocus cameras, released in 1989 and building upon the success of the EOS 650 (1987). It features a lovely simple set of controls, with a clear LCD panel giving information on the top of the camera. A moulded hand grip makes handling easy, and the viewfinder displays shutter speed and aperture. Compared to the EOS 620 it has faster autofocus and additional functions including a maximum of 9 multiple exposures, 6-zone evaluative metering, and 6.5% partial metering at the center.In the AI Servo AF mode, the maximum shooting speed is 2.5 fps. One of the most stylish SLRs ever made, the Canon F-1 is a beautiful camera to use. It was in production for a full 10 years from 1971 until 1981, underlining its status as one of the key professional cameras of the era. It operates in full manual mode, with the built-in light meter. The viewfinder has the match needle system, but also displays the selected shutter speed.  It has a lovely slick wind / shutter release action, and can operate without batteries (only the meter uses battery power). Has a removable prism, and many different focusing screens available along with a huge range of professional accessories. The camera operates fully mechanically, and only uses the battery for the light meter. The F-1 is fairly sensitive to battery voltage so we recommend using either a Wein Cell or a 1.35v battery adaptor for meter accuracy. Supplied with f/1.4 50mm lens, or as body only. The Pentax K2 was introduced by Pentax in 1975 and at the time was the flagship camera featuring the new lens mount developed in conjunction with Zeiss and which was used by Pentax for many years after. It was more technically advanced than its predecessors and has a great metering system with shutter speed information visible in the viewfinder. It has both automatic and manual exposure modes, giving you the combination of both control and ease of use. It has a wide range of shutter speeds (from 8 seconds to 1/1000s) and also has a mirror lockup function. It takes 2 x LR44 batteries, but it can use shutter speeds from 1/125 to 1/1000s without batteries - handy if you run out while out shooting. It has a beautiful solid metal construction - better build quality than many later cameras. Comes with 55mm f/1.8 Pentax lens. Specifications Takes all 35mm film. The Pen-F range is a unique set of 3 half-frame SLR cameras produced by Olympus between 1963 and 1970. This example is the Pen FT, on sale from 1966-72. All models have interchangeable lenses with a huge range of lenses that were originally available. It is the only model of the range that has a built-in light meter. It is a very simple system - when you point the camera at your subject the viewfinder has a needle that indicates a light value from 0 to 7. Simply set that value on the lens and the exposure is correct. If the needle is out of range, then select a different shutter speed (either faster or slower). The lens also has regular aperture markings. A really beautiful example of the final version of the legendary Canon F-1. Produced from 1981 to 1992 this was the camera of choice for many professional photographers of the era. It operates in full manual mode, with Automatic Exposure available via the (included) AE Prism. The viewfinder is one of the finest in a film SLR. In manual mode the right of the finder shows the correct aperture for the selected shutter speed via a match-needle display. When Automatic mode is selected, the manual display is replaced with the AE-controlled shutter speed being displayed at the bottom of the viewfinder. Has a removable prism, and many different focusing screens available along with a huge range of professional accessories. Comes equipped with the AE Finder FN and Type AE focusing screen.
