This camera has a number of very useful features that not all Super-8s have, as you might expect from Nikon:
The viewfinder has a Split Image focusing screen - much more accurate than most Super-8s
Manual exposure control, which also enables you fade in / out of scenes
Meter works with a very wide range of film speeds
The left side of the camera has a footage counter, remote socket and frame rate selector.
The zoom lens can be operated manually or motorised via the top Tele/Wide switch.
This camera normally also needs 2 x SR44 batteries to operate the light meter. We offer an option to upgrade the camera to power the meter from the main batteries using a precise voltage regulator. This removes the need for additional batteries in addition to providing a very stable supply for greater meter accuracy.
Has an adjustable eyepiece and battery check button on the top.
