Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. We will provide a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. If there any delays in dispatching your items then we will be in touch via email.

 

Delays due to Covid-19

Due to Covid-19 there have been many variations in delivery times, particularly for international deliveries. Please monitor the tracking information for your items, and give extra time before submitting any claim for non-delivery. We recommend waiting 28 days for international shipments before the item can be classed as lost.
