A lovely elegant SLR camera released by Canon in 1964.

A very nice camera to use - very solidly built with a real quality feel to each of the controls.

This camera has a built-in light meter on the top of the camera. The meter is simple to use - you set your desired shutter speed and the meter tells you the correct aperture setting.

The meter has two ranges for regular daylight, and low light.

Also has a self timer, and mirror lockup lever.

The camera operates fully mechanically, and only uses the battery for the light meter. It takes 1x SR44 battery (supplied).

A superb camera for beginners who will really learn the fundamentals of photography, but with the quality to last for years.

 

Condition

  • Very good condition all round - no major marks or scratches.
  • Beautiful clear lens (50mm f1.8). 
  • All functions are working correctly including the light meter
