A quality Super-8 camera from Canon, the 312 has sound features, although sound-enabled Super-8 film is no longer available (naturally works fine in silent mode using regular Super-8 film).

Has a folding hand grip (that holds the batteries) that folds up when not in use for easier portability.

Controls are very clear and simple and the specifications include:
