The Nikon F-601 combines extreme ease of use for beginners, but with many extra features that you can gradually use as you build your experience.

In point-and-shoot mode you just look through the viewfinder and press the shutter button for great results. The camera focuses the lens automatically and sets the right exposure very fast so you can capture the moment effortlessly. Pressing two of the top/left control buttons on the camera together simply and immediately sets the camera to point-and-shoot mode at any time.

With a clever film loading system it makes things quick and easy. Whether it is street / portrait / landscape / architecture / sports / wildlife photography – this camera has it covered.

The inbuilt flash is excellent, with the camera measuring the flash level through the camera lens for perfect brightness levels. The flash can even add light in daylight scenes to add natural-looking light and remove shadows.

The camera has a matrix metering system that analyses your subject to intelligently compensate for e.g. backlit scenes.

The camera comes with a 28-80mm original Nikon zoom lens which ranges from wide angle to portrait, and being part of the Nikon system there are many other lenses available to expand your capabilities (we also stock Nikon lenses here).
