Pentax KX SLR film camera with 50mm f/1.7 lens

The Pentax KX builds on the lovely Pentax KM by adding in the afeatures:

• Viewfinder display of selected lens aperture
• Viewfinder display of selected shutter speed
•  Meter needle indicates the correct shutter speed

Comes with a Pentax 50mm f/1.7 lens.

It operates in full manual mode, with the built-in light meter. The viewfinder needle shows you the correct shutter speed alongside your selected shutter speed so that you know if the photo will be correctly exposed.

Like the Pentax KM, the KX also has a self-timer, and depth-of-field preview button. Both very useful features.

Has very clear and simple controls, so you can focus on composing the image.

Very easy to shoot with and will really help you to learn about the fundamentals of photography.
